We look at food and movement as support.
That may include personalized nutrition coaching online, mindful eating practices, meal rhythm, energy support, movement consistency, and learning how to eat without calorie counting.
The goal is to help you build something you can actually live inside.
A lot of people do not trust their bodies because they have been taught that their bodies are the problem.
So we work with that.

Hi, I’m Kayla Wiley.
I am the founder of Your Rhythm Within. I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, nutrition educator, and yoga teacher. I feel very on purpose with this work.
I’ve come a long way to get here. Overcoming lack of confidence and self-doubt that made me believe that I may never find what I’m meant to be.
I’ve lived into the answers and my experiences – which have led me to creating a life that is full, on purpose and joyful is why I’m so passionate to support you in creating the life you envision for yourself.
And if that vision isn’t clear – supporting you in getting clarity around what your soul really needs.
So yes, we may talk about food.
We may talk about movement.
We may talk about your cycle.
Because these foundational pieces matter.
But we may talk about your confidence, your joy, and what makes you feel like yourself again (what lights you up).

But ignoring your body’s cues doesn’t work. It just exhausts you, and an exhausted body can’t function and it certainly can’t heal.

I care about this because wellness spaces can get weirdly narrow and overly gendered, especially when we start talking about cycles.
