Work with Kayla

Support for the part of you that is tired of forcing it.

At Your Rhythm Within I help women, queer folks, and people with cycles build more personalized, body-based structure around food, movement, cycle awareness, and self-trust.

So maybe you are here because you want help with food.

Maybe you want to move your body more consistently.

Maybe your cycle keeps making you feel like a different person every week, and you are ready to understand what the hell is actually happening.

Maybe you have tried the plans, the rules, the tracking, the “just be consistent” advice, and you are starting to wonder if there is a more human way to do this.

That is the work.

We start with your real body and your real life. Then we build support that helps you feel more connected, more confident, more body-literate, and more like yourself.

There are a few ways to work with me

Some people need deep, personalized support. Some people want to learn in community. Some people want to bring this conversation into a room, a retreat, a podcast, or an organization.

All of those are good entry points.

The question is: where is your body at right now, and what kind of support would actually help?

You probably do need support. You probably do not need another plan that makes you ignore yourself.

1:1 Intuitive Health Guidance

For people who want to stop outsourcing their body wisdom and start building structure that actually fits.

This is personalized nutrition coaching online blended with body literacy, cycle awareness, movement support, and the deeper work of self-trust.

How 1:1 support works

This is the most personal way to work with me. In 1:1 support, we get to look at the whole picture.

Your food. Your movement. Your cycle. Your energy. Your stress. Your patterns. Your body image. Your confidence. Your relationship with structure.

The places where you feel like you keep starting over.

1:1 Support May Include

  • Regular private sessions
  • Personalized nutrition support
  • Body literacy practices
  • Cycle tracking and cycle reflection
  • Movement support
  • Flexible habit building
  • Food freedom and body trust work
  • Support around all-or-nothing patterns
  • Reflection prompts or practices between sessions
  • Resources based on your needs
  • Adjustments as your body and life change

I am here to help you understand yourself more clearly, build support that makes sense for your body, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows more than you think.

This is for you if…

  • You want to learn how to eat more intuitively, and you want actual support figuring out what that looks like.
  • You want more consistent eating habits, but every time you try to get strict, you end up burning out.
  • You are tired of obsessing over food rules, calories, cravings, or the idea that you should always be doing more.
  • You want body trust coaching because you do not fully trust your hunger, fullness, cravings, energy, or body cues right now.
  • You are curious about cycle-informed nutrition, hormone rhythms, PMS, energy shifts, or how to support your body after birth control.
Step 1: Discovery Call

We start with a conversation. You tell me what is going on, what you have tried, what feels hard, and what you are hoping will change. I will tell you honestly if I think this work is a good fit.

We look at the big picture: food, movement, cycle, energy, stress, routines, body image, health history, support systems, and what feels disconnected right now.

I love an experiment.
We choose small, meaningful shifts based on what your body and life are asking for. Then we see what happens. We notice. We adjust. We keep building.

We meet regularly so you are not trying to figure this out alone. We talk through what came up, what worked, what felt weird, what felt good, and what needs to shift so you can understand your body in real time.

This is where people usually start to feel more grounded. More confident. More connected. More like they are actually in relationship with their body instead of constantly managing it from the outside.

The 3-month commitment

I ask for a minimum 3-month commitment because this kind of work needs space.

I know. Three months can feel like a lot.

And also, most people have spent years learning how to override their bodies. We need enough time to see patterns, experiment, adjust, and let your body start to trust the process.

One call gives insight.
Three months gives us room to build something.

Group Workshops and Facilitation

Groups, Communities, and Organizations

I offer workshops and group facilitation around body literacy, cycle awareness, nourishment, movement, and self-trust.

There is something powerful that happens in group spaces.

Someone says, “I thought I was the only one.”
Someone else realizes their cycle is not random chaos.
Someone else finally hears that consistency does not have to mean doing the exact same thing every day forever.

And suddenly, the room feels different.

Workshops are a good fit for:

  • Retreats
  • Community organizations
  • Workplace wellness programs
  • Women’s groups
  • Small private groups
  • Organizations that want more inclusive wellness education

Example Workshop Topics

Cycle Awareness 101

A grounded introduction to menstrual cycle phases, energy shifts, appetite changes, mood patterns, and how to start paying attention without making your cycle one more thing to perfect.

Body Literacy and Self-Trust

A workshop on reconnecting with body cues, understanding hunger and fullness, noticing energy patterns, and learning how to listen to the body with more curiosity.

Consistency Without Burnout

For groups that struggle with all-or-nothing thinking around food, movement, and habits. We talk about what consistency can actually look like for changing bodies and real lives.

Food Rules and Flexible Nourishment

A conversation about how food rules develop, why they can feel safe, how they can disconnect us from the body, and what flexible nourishment can look like instead.

Queer-Affirming Wellness and Body Trust

A space for queer and trans communities to talk about bodies, cycles, nourishment, movement, identity, and trust with language that actually makes room for people.

Custom Workshop

If your group has a specific need, we can build something around it.

Speaking Engagements

Events, Podcasts, Panels, and Retreats

Your audience wants something different.

Something that makes them pause and think, okay, maybe I can have a different relationship with my body. Maybe I can stop forcing this. Maybe there is a way back to myself.
I help people come back to their bodies, question rigid wellness culture, understand their cycles, rebuild trust with food and movement, and live in a way that feels more connected.

Possible Speaking Topics

Why You Cannot Stay Consistent With Healthy Habits

A talk on all-or-nothing thinking, burnout, and what it actually takes to build structure that can move with a real life.

Food Rules, Body Trust, and the Noise of Wellness Culture

A conversation about how people become disconnected from hunger, cravings, pleasure, and self-trust in a world full of rigid food advice.

Cycle Awareness as a Tool for Self-Trust

A practical and inclusive talk on menstrual cycle awareness, energy, appetite, mood, movement, and how cycle tracking can help people understand themselves better.

What Body Literacy Actually Means

A talk about learning the language of your body: hunger, fullness, energy, tension, joy, capacity, and how those cues can shape the way we care for ourselves.

Queer-Affirming Wellness and Inclusive Body Support

A talk for organizations and communities that want to create more inclusive conversations around bodies, cycles, nourishment, movement, and trust.

FAQ

Do you only work with women?
No. I work with women, queer folks, and people with cycles. When I talk about menstrual cycles, I use gender-inclusive language because not everyone with a cycle is a woman, and not every woman has a cycle.
No. Cycle awareness is one part of my work, and it is a strong part, but it is not the only part. I also support people with food, movement, body literacy, all-or-nothing habits, body trust, food freedom, confidence, and embodied living.
No. Some people come in with body goals, and we can talk honestly about that. But the work is not centered on shrinking your body. The work is centered on helping you understand your body, support it, and build a relationship with health that does not depend on shame.
I can support you with nutrition structure, meal rhythm, food ideas, and practical ways to nourish yourself. But I do not want you dependent on a plan forever. The deeper goal is helping you understand your body and build trust in your own choices.
It can be very simple. We may track energy, appetite, mood, sleep, cravings, movement capacity, symptoms, and emotional patterns across your cycle. Then we use that information to support your body more intentionally.
I can support you with education, body awareness, cycle tracking, nourishment, and lifestyle support around that transition. I do not replace medical care, and I will always encourage you to work with a qualified medical provider for medical decisions.
Because this work needs time. We are looking at patterns that may have been around for years. Three months gives us space to notice, experiment, adjust, and start building something more sustainable.
Yes. If your group needs something specific around food, movement, cycle awareness, body literacy, self-trust, or inclusive wellness, we can build a session that fits.
Yes. Speaking and workshops can be virtual or in person depending on location, timing, and the needs of the event.

Ready to stop forcing it and start listening differently?

Okay. Let’s start where you are.

Your food. Your movement. Your cycle. Your energy. Your confidence. Your body. Your real life.

We will pay attention. We will experiment. We will build support that actually helps you come back to yourself.
